Protecting your personal data matters to me. I process your data solely on the basis of the applicable laws (GDPR, the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG)). This policy explains the key aspects of data processing on this website.

3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd., Jonavos g. 60C, 44192 Kaunas, Lithuania), on a server located within the EU. The provider processes server log files on my behalf (data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR) that your browser transmits automatically: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type and operating system. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Cookies and consent
This website uses cookies. Technically necessary cookies are set on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). All non-essential cookies (e.g. for statistics/analytics) are only set after your explicit consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 165(3) TKG 2021). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.

5. Contact
If you contact me by email or phone, your details are stored for the purpose of handling your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) (legitimate interest in responding). The data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Appointment booking (Google Appointment Scheduling)

7. Web analytics with Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit)
This website uses Google Analytics, a service of Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes data to analyse website use (including truncated IP address, pages visited, time on page). A transfer to the USA may occur; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 8. Google Search Console
To evaluate how the site is found in search engines I use Google Search Console (Google Ireland Limited). It processes aggregated, non-personal data on search queries and clicks.

9. Google Fonts
This website uses Google Fonts, embedded locally on my server, so no connection to Google's servers is made and no personal data is transmitted to Google.

10. Social media links (LinkedIn, XING)
This website links to my profiles on LinkedIn and XING. No data is transmitted to these providers until you actively click the relevant link.

11. Your rights
You generally have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection.
